Starting 2019 out right with HER
This gorgeous bride to be came to my studio a few weeks ago and absolutely nailed her boudoir session. Can you believe she said she was nervous? I can not tell you how much I love shooting boudoir. It is such a fun experience for me to celebrate these beautiful women. More often than I like, I hear so many negative conversations surrounding the topic of body image. If I can change how one woman feels about her body by pouring my heart into their session, I feel like I have done my job.
One major perk of my job is getting my much needed girl time in! I am a mom of 2 little darlings so having adult conversations about fun girly things is just what this momma needs from time to time. My client and I had so much fun chatting while she had her hair and make up done and picking out her lingerie. I always have my clients bring everything they love, and then we go through them one by one and make sure her gallery has variety and flows visually. We also talked about what poses are her favorite and take those into consideration as well while choosing her favorite looks.
We had such a great time together and I am so happy to have met this sweet lady. We chatted about her wedding coming up and I can not wait to see the beautiful portraits of her and her beloved.
